Kombucha is a refreshing and healthy beverage made with fermented tea,sugar and a live Kombucha culture. It is taken to improve digestion and energy, boost the immune system and aids in detoxifying the body.
Pyramid Ferments Kombucha is made with Certified Organic Tea and Organic Cane Sugar then brewed with distinct and flavourful pairings of ecologically grown and wildcrafted herbs from our farm and local area. We strive to keep our kombucha with as low of a sugar content as possible, while still maintaining authenticity and great flavour.
We also offer S.C.O.B.Y's or Kombucha Mothers; the main ingredient essential to making your own Kombucha at home. Our S.C.O.B.Y's are never dehydrated and are delivered in a highly concentrated and cultured liquid medium of live Kombucha culture, Organic Tea and Organic Cane Sugar.
Beet Kvass is a traditional Eastern European, probiotic beverage combining the earthiness of beets with the complexity of fermentation. An amazing hydrator, kvass is excellent for blood purification and liver health. "Ukrainian Gatorade"!
